SPY reporters confirm that business is gradually returning to normalcy. Residents are slowly return back to their homes while the insurgents have been rooted-off the town.
After the battle that lasted over a month, alot of decomposed bodies were seen on some roads. Burnt churches, homes and blown-up structures also characterized the once booming town of Mubi. An army barrack once occupied by the dreaded terror group was also recovered by the Nigeria army.
It would be recalled that the Nigerian military had been trying to reclaim Mubi since militants seized the commercial hub of Adamawa on 29 October, 2014.
