Yes we agree that it's addictive to some people and getting
rid of this habit is not easy for some people but do you know that it has been
scientifically proved by scientists and doctors that chemicals and sugar found
in gassy drinks like coke and so on, can cause damage to your health.
Below are reasons why you shouldn’t be taking these kind
of drinks.
1. DESTROYS
THE TEETH.
Do you know that you tend to have cavities when you take
drinks containing too much of sugar and acidic content? The phosphoric acid in cola drinks erodes away tooth enamel and Coke is not an exception because it contains
both and this would certainly damage your teeth.
You can brush your teeth after taking drinks with such
components, but it’s advisable you avoid these type of drinks and opt for water
instead.
2. IT
COULD AFFECT FERTILITY.
Bad news for coke lovers.
Regular intake of such drinks could affect your reproductive system in a
negative way. Chemicals that most gassy
drinks contains can lead to malfunctions in your organs responsible for reproduction.
3. DIABETES.
We already eat foods (I MEAN FOODS) that contain sugar,
so don’t u think adding drinks like coke, fanta, Pepsi and similar drinks on
these foods all in the name of “Step Down” could make problems worse? Yes it
will make them worse because it takes just 20 minutes for your blood sugar
level to increase and you know its very hard to cure diabetes so its advisable
you stopped drinking all forms of sweet sodas, coke inclusive
4. POOR
METABOLISM.
A. Coke can be used to remove rust from metals?
B. Coke removes greasy stains from fabircs
C. Removes gum from hair; dip into a small bowl of Coke, leave a few minutes. Gum will wipe off.
D. Cleans a toilet; pour around bowl, leave for a while, flush clean.
If i should continue listing believe me you would be so shocked what these drinks can actually do.
